1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bengelwin platform — including its website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting services, and associated payment features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and bengelwin (the "Platform" or "We").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bengelwin platform and close your account. Continued use of bengelwin following the publication of any updated version of these terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of bengelwin is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. bengelwin is an adults-only platform. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing any game on the platform under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing bengelwin voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — either through bengelwin's own self-exclusion system or through any other responsible gaming programme — that is currently in effect.

3. Account Registration & Verification

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bengelwin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bengelwin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
bengelwin may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable identification documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account withdrawals.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
bengelwin supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through your bengelwin account.
4.1 Deposits
Deposits are credited to your bengelwin account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bengelwin does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction fees, which are the player's sole responsibility.
Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source account.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:
- bKash and Nagad: Processed within 30 minutes in the majority of cases, subject to platform verification checks.
- Rocket and Upay: Processed within 1–3 hours.
- Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank): Processed within 1–3 business days.
- Visa and Mastercard: Processed within 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a change of payment method has been approved by bengelwin's support team following successful KYC verification. bengelwin reserves the right to perform additional identity checks before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
4.3 Failed and Reversed Transactions
If a deposit fails to credit to your account despite funds being debited from your payment account, contact bengelwin support immediately via live chat or at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. bengelwin will investigate and resolve verified discrepancies within 48 hours. Do not attempt a second deposit until the first transaction has been confirmed as failed by the support team.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
bengelwin offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who make their first deposit at bengelwin are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold stated in the active welcome offer at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to each new player exactly once and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other introductory offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse
Any player found to be exploiting bengelwin's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms — will have their bonus voided, and bengelwin reserves the right to close the associated accounts and withhold any related balances pending investigation.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bengelwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where bengelwin determines that the prohibited conduct has caused harm to the platform or to other players.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Accessing or attempting to access bengelwin using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to mask your true geographic location or identity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the bengelwin platform, including games, betting markets, or the cashier.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in bengelwin's software. Any player who discovers a bug or exploit must report it immediately to [email protected] rather than exploiting it for financial gain.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage.
- Money laundering, structuring deposits to evade verification thresholds, or any other financial conduct that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing bengelwin's support staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the bengelwin platform, its software, or its content.
7. Account Closure & Suspension
Either the player or bengelwin may initiate the closure of a bengelwin account, subject to the conditions below.
7.1 Player-Initiated Closure
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting bengelwin's support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, provided the account has passed all KYC verification requirements. Accounts with pending wagering requirements may be restricted from withdrawal until those requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from bengelwin for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, all marketing communications will cease, and the player will not be permitted to create a new account. 7.3 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure
bengelwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the account.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against bengelwin.
- Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
- Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bengelwin will communicate the reason for suspension to the player within 5 business days via the registered email address. Funds held in a suspended account will not be accessible during the investigation period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bengelwin's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bengelwin shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of the form of action and whether or not bengelwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages:
- Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or data arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
- Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
- Losses arising from a player's own decisions regarding betting, game strategy, or bankroll management.
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from them, shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of fairness and good faith. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and bengelwin with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
